We will gladly answer any questions or help solve any problems.

You can also mail in your order, Maximum Exposure Lingerie Mail Order Form, and pay by personal check or money order, please allow 3-5 days for processing. All checks will be held for 10 days. Returned checks are subject to a service fee of $25. Please do not send cash. Orders with insufficient funds will be cancelled immediately.

Taxes:

Connecticut residents add 6%.

Backorders:

. Back-ordered items will be shipped, as they become available. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of backorders You will only be charged one time for shipping.

Discontinued Items:

Due to fabric and availability we must occasionally discontinue an item

Shipping & Handling:

All orders are processed with-in 48 hours and shipped according to availability. Please allow 8 to 12 days for delivery. Due to extremely popular demand, certain items may not be readily available. These items will be shipped immediately upon arrival. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of backorders.

The shipping and handling charges will be applied to the first shipment ONLY, all back-ordered items will be sent at no additional charge, when they become available

Returns and Exchanges:

Consider your home our dressing room. When you buy Maximum Exposure Lingerie items online, you have the opportunity to try on the item under your own conditions. All of our products can be returned for an exchange except for our swimwear, G-strings, thongs, underwear, special order items, custom and sale items. If you wish to exchange an item, please enclose the original invoice with your securely packed item's and state the reason for your return. All tags must be attached to the garments (NO exceptions will be made to our return policy).

In order for us to maintain our low prices, please remit $5.95 to cover postage and handling of your exchange request. All exchanges must be made within 30 days from your invoice date. Returns must be received no later than 30 days from the date you placed your order for a refund. Your refund may take up to 28 calendar days from the date we received it from you. We never refund shipping and handling charges. Refunds require an authorization number. Please email us with your order number and the item number of the item to be returned and the reason why to receive an authorization number.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no shipping charge. Absolutely no returns will be accepted for any reason later than 30 calendar days from your order date. We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Be sure to give us a secured address.

Health regulations stipulate that clothing and shoes that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered CAN NOT be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you $30 and return the items to you. Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our mailing list and no further orders will ever be accepted. There will be a $25.00 charge on all checks that do not clear or for charge backs. Any fraudulent activities are reported to your local police department for prosecution.

Shipping/Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Damaged in Shipment:

In the event an item has been damaged, please keep the item in its original packaging and contact the delivering carrier ( UPS or Post Office) to arrange for inspection.
